NationalMappingAgencies

One aim of INSPIRE is to facilitate the sharing of geographic data between Europe’s NationalMappingAgencies . They are responsible for coordinating cooperation between all kinds of local and regional government agencies that collect, and need to use, public geodata.

Is INSPIRE really what they want or need? How can we find out what they really need in terms of SpatialDataInfrastructure in Europe?
